Educator

I started teaching when I was 16 years old and opened my own private piano studio. Since then, I’ve taught students from 14 years old to over 50 in both high school and university settings.

My primary focus has been teaching ELA/English courses to high schoolers and university students. I absolutely believe reading comprehension and writing skills can be learned by anyone willing to try.

Within my work as an educator has also been significant collaboration on curriculum development and design, both for mainstream classrooms as well as advanced learners and those who need more support. I also modified curriculum for a university-wide graduation requirement program, including course development taken by first-year college students of all ages.
